Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Account opening and modification, manage client account setup and updates per guidelines
- Processing of client requests, handle and execute client instructions accurately and on time
- Trade and settlement processing, such process trades and ensure timely, accurate settlement
- Prepare and verify documents for accounts and transactions
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, work with teams and partners to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Financial Management preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office, operations or settlement role in a financial institution preferred
- Good understanding of Financial instruments, knowledge of trade lifecycle and processes (clearing, settlements, reconciliation, corporate actions) a clear advantage
