- Learn the basics of vessel operations and resource planning.
- Supervise and support quayside operations.
- Manage container yard activities using the Terminal Operations System (TOS).
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly and service targets are met.
- Build leadership and communication skills.
- Lead a team of equipment specialists.
- Improve coordination and planning in a fast-paced environment.
- Local diploma qualification.
- Willing to work on shift duties.
- Good interpersonal skills
