Essential Job Functions
Monitors the status of shipments from pickup through deliveryEnters shipment location, date and time into TMSContacts carriers and drivers via phone, email or internet to determine driver locationEscalates potential or existing service failures to Carrier Sales and Business DevelopmentWorks closely with Account Managers, Account Executives and Carrier Sales Representatives to ensure service level expectations are achieved and clients are informed of shipment statusSecures shipment and carrier documentation (bills of lading, PODs, etc.)Other duties as assigned Other Skills & Abilities
