This minimum one-year program blends structured learning, special projects, leadership training, and multi-level feedback with real-world exposure across a variety of community departments.
As an OA, you’ll rotate through different business areas, gaining valuable leadership experience while contributing meaningful work that makes a difference in residents’ lives. You’ll take ownership of assignments, meet key learning milestones, and help drive business results along the way. No two days are the same—assignments evolve based on business needs, so adaptability and a willingness to learn are key to your success.
