Operations Chef | Johannesburg | Multi‑Concept Restaurant Group
We’re seeking a skilled and driven OPERATIONS CHEF to support the culinary leadership and operational excellence across a dynamic group of restaurants – comprising a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse , and an Italian eatery.
Working from the Head Office in Wynberg, Johannesburg, and across all store locations, the Operations Chef will play a pivotal role in ensuring consistency, innovation, and profitability across diverse dining concepts, while directly supporting the Executive Operations Chef in delivering excellence.
Experience & Qualifications
- Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification
- 5-7+ years in fine‑dining or premium casual kitchens, with multi‑outlet exposure preferred
