Operations & Client Manager

We are looking for a leader to manage the front desk teams at both our Jalan Besar and Holland Grove Road branches. The role includes:

• Purchasing for both branches
• Team discipline & morale for the front desk teams
• Scheduling and leave management
• Managing relationships with external suppliers & vendors
• Handling client complaints
• Upkeeping and maintaining clinic facilities and infrastructure at both branches
• Training and mentoring new receptionists

Strong experience with front desk operations in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is required.
