We’re looking for an experienced Operations & Contracts Coordinator to take ownership of end-to-end coordination across procurement, logistics, sales, and financial administration within a dynamic and high-volume operational environment.
This is a critical role that sits at the heart of operations—ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, transporters, clients, and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle for procurement and sales
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and transport bookings
- Oversee sales orders, invoicing, and credit note processes
- Monitor stock levels and ensure continuous supply to operations
- Handle disputes, claims, and reconciliations
