This is a key role acting as both a technical interface and customer champion within a busy food and dairy chemistry environment, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered through effective coordination with internal teams and partner laboratories.
This is a one year fixed term contract. Working part time 25 hours per week - 10:00 till 15:00 Monday to Friday.
- Tracking incoming shipments by monitoring sample deliveries, logging receipt status, and following up on delayed or missing consignments.
- Monitoring shared mailboxes, reviewing and actioning incoming queries, requests, and notifications to maintain prompt communication.
- Liaising and coordinating with other Eurofins sites to resolve sample routing issues, clarify testing requirements, and support inter‑lab workflows.
