We are seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate daily operations across production, logistics, and site execution for events, exhibitions, signage, and branding projects. The role requires strong planning skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate overall project execution from confirmation to final completion, ensuring smooth workflow across all stages
- Liaise effectively between sales, design, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams
