Job Summary The Operations Coordinator supports the daily coordination of mobile crane operations. This role assists in scheduling cranes and manpower, liaising with operators and clients, and ensuring operational and safety requirements are met. Suitable for candidates new to crane or construction operations with willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Operations Support Assist in planning and coordinating daily crane deployment schedules Support assignment of cranes, operators, riggers, and lifting supervisors Update job status, crane movements, and daily operation records Assist in handling ad-hoc changes and operational requests Client & Site Coordination Communicate with clients and site personnel on job confirmation and arrangements Relay site instructions to operators and internal teams Assist in follow-up on job completion and feedback Safety & Compliance Support Assist in checking validity of operators' licences, certificates, SSIC, and medicals Support submission of RA, SW...
