The purpose of this role is to assist the Operations Supervisor with the day-to-day operational planning of the Division.
The operations coordinator will be required undertake operational duties within the FIS depot; to ensure all tasks are completed safely and compliantly and to promote the success of the division and the wider A&A group.

- To assist with the day to day running of the technicians/assistants/operations work and job distribution and planning.
- Point of contact for all reactive call outs and assigning resource in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are stored safely and in accordance with regulatory requirements and within designated areas. The operations coordinator is expected to complete any necessary documentation in relation to storage.
