Operations Coordinator – Theatre & Anaesthesia Team
Fixed‑term 12 months, full‑time – 80 hours per fortnight.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate recruitment of Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Anaesthetic Technicians and Administrators.
- Prepare and manage multiple recruitment reports to ensure timely progress.
- Maintain and report on recruitment metrics and adapt to continual changes.
- Provide administrative support in the peri‑operative environment.
- Collaborate with Charge Nurse Managers, Educators, Team Leaders, Administrators, the Nurse Manager and Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a health care setting.
- Efficient prioritisation and ability to work independently.
- Self‑driven and able to complete tasks without prompting.
