DUTIES: Work with business requirements of securities settlement and asset servicing operations as well as various projects related to the business. Resolve issues related to system enhancements and developments. Handle upgrades, security measures, and performance optimization to enhance overall efficiency and user experience. Reconcile and process positions related to Citi’s Corporate Actions events such as dividends, stock splits, rights, and bonus issues. Coordinate communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Actions and Proxy events. Provide effective operational and testing support to users across the region on the main systems that are centralized for storing and managing critical information, data and processes.
