Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Development Manager to strengthen our operational capabilities and help us scale efficiently as demand grows.
This role sits at the intersection of sourcing, supplier development, manufacturing strategy, cost improvement and cross‑functional project leadership . You will work closely with COO as well as with mechanical design, product development and sourcing teams to improve supplier setup, expand manufacturing options, reduce product cost and build a more scalable operating model.
A major part of the role is developing and managing a stronger supplier base across electronics, components, and metal enclosures and assemblies . This includes identifying new partners, evaluating capabilities, comparing commercial and operational alternatives, and leading negotiations with suppliers in Finland and Europe.
