This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Operations Director to oversee and scale a portfolio of high-quality elderly care services. We are seeking a commercially astute, strategic operator with a proven track record in multi-site elderly care operations, including commissioning new services, stabilising performance, and scaling quality across a growing portfolio.
