P&L responsibility for notable business units and specialist engineers
Program management for total revenue of more than USD XX mill per year
Lead the FAI on time prior to mass production
Lead, achieve and formulate a sustainable plan to have 100% OTD to customers
What you'll need to succeed
Background in machining and/or special process manufacturing for a good period of time to be able to read the business quickly and provide input from a techno-commercial standpoint
Strong people management, influence and change management capabilities or a prior track record as previously mentioned
Tenacity to stick through decisions made, follow through and enable positive change in the organisation
