Accountable for overall site profit and loss performance (monitor and improve key financial metrics: OEE, scrap, cost per unit, yield, etc). Lead, manage, and optimize plant operations to ensure strong operational and financial results. Oversee day-to-day operational activities and ensure workforce productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities: Oversee production/site operations to ensure products are manufactured in the most cost-efficient manner while meeting defined quality and safety standards, supporting on-time order fulfillment and enhanced customer satisfaction. Set direction for the site and ensure achievement of production targets related to volume, quality, schedule adherence, and operational effectiveness.
