- To develop the manufacturing footprint including execution of MFP programs, outsourcing, automation and efficiency improvements.
- To design and implement the Lean system in NA including system, assessments, plans and execution
- Deploy continuous improvement approach and tools to enable cost savings, revenue generation, process efficiencies and improved customer experiences
- To Implement a Quality system in NA operation including system, assessments, plans and execution
- To improve production planning and inventory management in order to shorten the lead times and reduce working capital
- To drive Kaizen programs, value stream mapping, training and implementation
