Job Purpose
The Operations Director position is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for the manufacturing sites within the Wine & Spirits Business Unit in AFEMEA. This responsibility includes line management of Plant General Managers, profit, AWC, DIFOTIS as well as other operational plant KPIs. Development and execution of effective operational strategies including Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and overall operational excellence are key focus areas.
