We are seeking a highly experienced and decisive Operations Duty Manager to oversee real-time flight operations and act as the senior operational authority during shift. This role is critical in maintaining operational control, leading teams, and delivering a seamless experience for our Owners and clients.
The Role
As Operations Duty Manager , you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operational performance of the business during your shift. Acting as the central decision‑maker, you will coordinate across all operational functions, manage disruption, and ensure every flight operates safely, compliantly, and to Flexjet’s premium standards.
