Insight Global is seeking an experienced Operations Enablement Lead to support a large-scale SCADA deployment program by designing and delivering a unified, operations-based training and field enablement program. This role goes beyond traditional technical documentation and focuses on operator readiness, workflow standardization, and long-term operational adoption once systems are live in the field.
This individual will translate future-state operations into clear, field-ready procedures, training materials, and workflows that reflect how operators will work day to day post-deployment, rather than isolated system or tool training. This role is fully remote supporting a Texas-based program; some travel may be required.
