Job Description
Key Responsibilities：
- Responsible for the availability, performance optimization, and continuous delivery of the pharmaceutical collaboration SaaS platform hosted on AWS.
- Handle operational incidents and requests, continuously improving operational service capabilities through effective solutions, covering day-to-day operations of compute, storage, networking, databases, and middleware.
- Stay updated with new public cloud operation technologies and drive their adoption to enhance overall operational efficiency and capabilities.
- Write and maintain infrastructure operations documentation, including technical documents in both English and Chinese.
- Collaborate with global teams, using both Chinese and English for technical communication, issue alignment, and reporting.
