Operations Excellence Engineer (OPEX)

As an Engineer, Operations Excellence (OPEX), you will lead complex, high-impact improvement initiatives at the local level, requiring deep insight into end-to-end business and operational processes. Success in this role depends on a balanced blend of business acumen and industrial knowledge, strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the disciplined application of structured problem-solving and Six Sigma methodologies. You will translate business priorities into sustainable performance improvements, drive data-driven decision making, and embed a continuous improvement culture across operations.
