AMXL is growing in Brazil and is looking for a Program Manager for Operations Support & Partner Excellence, you will own quality, safety, learning, communications, and global benchmark. This role offers a unique opportunity to build support programs from the ground up, working with field teams and global counterparts across NA, EU, IN, and JP to establish Brazil as a center of excellence in AMXL operations. You will drive partner readiness, ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations, and create frameworks that enable sustainable growth across all nodes. Own all support functions for AMXL Brazil's expansion, directly influencing operational excellence nationwide.
