Role Summary
The Operations Excellence professional is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant/organisation. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing losses, strengthening processes, developing SOPs, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational targets.
Role Overview:
Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lean & Continuous Improvement
- Implement Lean tools (5 S, Kaizen, Standard Work, Waste Reduction).
- Lead CI projects to improve OEE, throughput, quality, and cycle time.
2. Process Excellence
- Conduct time–motion studies, bottleneck & capacity analysis, and develop SOPs.
- Support implementation of digital tools and automated dashboards.
3. KPI & Performance Management – Track plant KPIs (OEE, Productivity, MTTR, MTBF,
