Responsibilities
- To manage our daily operations and serve as the main point of contact
- Build rapport with key partners
- Co-ordinating with the supply team and account managers to maintain smooth operations
- Adhering to specific client requests on desired profiles
- Work closely with supporting departments to generate reports
- Maintaining accurate subscriptions based on customer demands
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of operations experience in the transportation industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of initiative and customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
- Experience with the online marketplace is desirable
- Ideally a keen interest in the Transportation industry
