- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle shipment documentation and plan collections and deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and process shipment orders.
- Follow up with customers on shipment status, build relationships, and assist with requests.
- Maintain regular communication to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Ensure all job files are completed on time for monthly account closing.
- Monitor and meet assigned KPIs.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
