Operations Executive - Hire & Insurance Claims

Our client is one of the leading ship owner companies. We are looking for an Operations Executive to be part of their Fleet Management Department. The candidate is responsible to manage and assist with the daily operation needs of managing the fleets.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for Protection & Indemnity (P&I) and Hull & Machinery (H&M) Insurances matters in terms of certifications (issuance/renewals/reissuance), claims & reimbursements.
• Liaising with crew managers on the above.
• Charter Party (CP) Maintains standard CP format for both Internal and External Charterers to be prepared and vetted by Legal department.
• Ensuring all CPs to be signed prior to engagement; maintained including main terms/addendum in the shared folder, clear of all clutters.
