Job Description
- To manage end to end operations, logistics and sales support functions
- It involves planning, organizing, coordinating, rescheduling and controlling all the resources needed to carry out an efficient operations job:-
- Order processing: input order into system and issue purchase order
- Planning buffer and rescheduling
- Coordinate with supplier and customer
- Logistic – Inspect and handle inbound/outbound shipment monthly reports
- Ad-hoc duties, if any
- Report direct to HQ (Singapore)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree and equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 4years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Experience in shipping or scheduling is preferred
- Experience in SAP Business One will be an advantage
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
