Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors to enhance the company’s competitive position in the marketplace.
- Operate the branch with the highest level of integrity, fully aligned with company values and core principles.
- Promote global growth by collaborating closely with international partners to identify, pursue, and close business opportunities while strengthening the company brand.
- Proactively communicate major branch developments and performance updates to senior management.
- Perform supervisory duties in accordance with company mission and values, including hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluation, counseling, and employee development.
- Take primary responsibility for generating international and domestic logistics sales.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients, generate leads, initiate contact, and successfully close new business opportunities.
