- Handle daily operations including processing participant requests and managing onboarding of new participants.
- Respond to general enquiries from financial institutions and coordinate system testing activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct compliance reviews, and maintain operational documentation.
- Manage ticket tracking systems and ensure all activities meet established service level agreements.
- Liaise with financial institutions and stakeholders, monitor system alerts, and reconcile invoices.
- Provide administrative support for meetings and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate records in the Authority’s systems and participate in sync‑up calls.
- Minimum diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
