Installation Operations Executive Role Overview
The Installation Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth operational execution from post-sales handover to successful customer handover.
This role owns installation readiness, installer deployment coordination, logistics readiness, schedule execution, and operational issue resolution to ensure installations and deliveries are completed efficiently, accurately, and with minimal operational disruption.
The role acts as the operational control center between sales, logistics, installers, customer service, suppliers, and customers.
Primary Objectives- Ensure every job is operationally ready before execution
- Protect installer productivity and deployment efficiency
- Minimize operational disruptions, delays, failed trips, and incomplete jobs
- Ensure smooth coordination between all operational stakeholders
