Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate vessel schedule requirements and intended activities.
- Coordinate operations activities, liaise with transporter on loading delivery and co-ordinate with customers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
- To ensure the smooth facilitation and processing of customer’s shipments within required Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and timeframes without supervision
- To provide full customer service support to allocated customers.
- Handle region import & export shipment, working closely with local network partner for actual arrival and update in-house system
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Prepare shipping documentation accurately and timely
