Job Description
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following
- Coordinate event setup and operations for onsite execution
- Assist with floor plan drafting, layout planning, and SketchUp drawings
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and venue management
- Ensure smooth event setup and teardown operations
- Coordinate logistics, delivery schedules, and onsite arrangements
- Assist with applications for relevant event licences and permits
- Ensure compliance with venue and safety requirements
- Support technical and operational requirements including audio, lighting, and electrical setup
- Conduct site recce and assist with onsite coordination and problem-solving during events
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, activations, or related industries
- Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
