Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations arrangement, responsible for enforcing Company Policies and Procedures within the office.
- Performs routine administrative duties, update, maintains data and records in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner. Serves as backup to other office personnel as needed.
- Assists visitors with information or referrals. Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers and clients.
- Orders, ships and receives supplies and equipment; stocks, organizes, and maintains materials for efficient accessibility. Performs monthly inventory control and reconciles.
- Creation and preparation of replenishing orders, releasing for pick and place to 3PL, tracking of progress until goods issue.
- To carry out quality and final inspection, checked and ensure that all items are clearly labelled and stored, correctly located at the segregated areas.
