Job Description: Estate & Facility Operations Oversee the upkeep of school buildings as assigned by the Operations Manager Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all key systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing etc) Conduct regular inspections, initiate timely repairs and recommend improvement plans Ensure school infrastructure complies with local building code, safety regulations and MOE Guidelines Address feedback or facility issues promptly and professionally Ensure school is ready for the start of school day School Operations Oversee and ensure school opens on time Be on ground to ensure smooth traffic flow during morning peak hour period Cover front-desk duties as and when necessary Security Management Oversee daily security operations and manage outsourced security personnel Oversee drop-off point during the morning peak hour period Manage requests for viewing of CCTV footage Manage staff card access system and issuance of staff access card Manage METRO season pa...
