Job Description
Seeking a responsible and proactive individual to support the school's daily operations and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager in daily site operations
- Plan and organise manpower deployment
- Supervise and guide junior officers/staff
- Carry out minor repair and maintenance work
- Identify faults and ensure school safety and proper building maintenance
- Accompany contractors during repair and maintenance works
- Support school security and access control duties at school gates
Requirements
- BCA Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, meticulous and a good team player
