We are looking for a high-caliber Operations & Growth Manager to spearhead our global user acquisition and ecosystem development. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a deep fusion of Web3 technical literacy, international market expansion expertise, and bilingual fluency (English and Mandarin) to bridge our global operations with key stakeholders in Asia and beyond.
Core Responsibilities- Strategic Growth Modeling: Formulate and execute end-to-end user growth strategies, optimizing the full funnel including acquisition, conversion, retention, and viral loops.
