This Operations Head for Mindanao overseas the operations of company-owned stores across multiple districts, ensuring business growth, operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. This role provides strategic leadership to District Managers, driving sales performance, cost control and customer satisfaction while aligning with the company's overall vision and objective. OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT: Oversee District Managers to drive operational excellence, sales growth, and compliance with company policies and standards while monitoring KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
