Education/ Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 5 years in IT Service Management and Technical Delivery.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Oversee the end-to-end IT technical delivery, ensuring all infrastructure and security services meet performance and availability benchmarks.
- Drive the adoption of ITIL best practices across Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
- Manage and provide technical direction for infrastructure and Security-related projects, ensuring they stay on track and within scope.
