Job Title: Operations Leader
Location: Norfolk
Salary: up to £55,000 Bonus
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full time
We’re working with a well-established industrial business to recruit an Operations Leader to support site leadership and drive continuous improvement across the business.
This is a key position with responsibility for operational performance. The role is heavily focused on driving change, improving efficiencies, and developing collaboration between teams.
Key Duties of this Operations Leader position:
Oversee production efficiency, output, and quality across the site
Manage budgets, P&L responsibility, and KPI reporting to senior leadership
Lead and develop both operations and engineering teams
Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
Take ownership of Health & Safety and site compliance standards
