Job Description Summary We are seeking a results-oriented Operations Leader to support plant operations in driving plant-wide operational performance across Gas Turbine and Component Repair operations. This role focuses on strengthening execution discipline, operations analytics, labor utilization, cost productivity, and cross-functional coordination across all repair value streams. The incumbent will work closely with Operations Leaders of each cell/department to ensure alignment, performance visibility, and achievement of goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and financial performance.
