Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact between operations management, on-site staff, and clients to align project goals. (1, 2, 3) Workflow & Logistics:
Schedule appointments, organize daily deployment, and track timelines to ensure smooth project execution. (1, 2) Inventory & Procurement:
Monitor stock levels, order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and report missing or damaged items. (1, 2, 3) Client & Stakeholder Management:
Handle inquiries, clearly communicate project scopes, and resolve complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction. (1, 2, 3, 4) Administrative Support:
Assist management with daily reporting, documentation compilation, and data analysis to ensure compliance and KPI tracking. (1, 2)
