Job Description
Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end security operations across client sites, ensuring effective manpower deployment, service quality, statutory compliance, and strong client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of security personnel across locations.
Manage manpower planning, deployment, shifts, attendance, and replacements.
Coordinate with clients for smooth operations and issue resolution.
Ensure SOP adherence, site audits, and training supervision.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, wages, uniforms).
Handle incidents, MIS reports, attendance, and billing inputs.
Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Accounts teams.
