Job Summary
• The Operations Manager reports to the CEO and will be responsible for the implementation of a robust Banking operational functions throughout the bank and its branches
• The ideal person will lead the branch teams in developing and maintaining business relationships, deploying financial solutions, acquiring new customers and deepening existing client relationships
Core Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate, supervise, monitor and control all branches and self-service channels ATMs, Mobile, Apps, Internet, etc) to deliver value propositions for the various customer segments
