Job Description
- Overall managing of functioning of Operation and Maintenance activities at Site.
- Ensure Implementation of health and safety procedures at Site by O&M.
- Review O&M plan, SOP’s checklists and ensure adherence by O&M.
- Planning of maintenance activities along with O&M at site level and keeping track of AMC’s and warranties.
- Ensuring plant operation with minimum downtime and at prescribed performance ratios.
- Carry our field inspection and highlight non-conformities in area of operations and HSE. Ensure closure by O&M
- Estimation, Monitoring and control of O&M Budget
- Recording data for power generation and reporting the same to the upstream and clients.
- Follow up for repairs and replacement for any faulty equipments onsite.
- Carry out plant performance analysis with coordination of various departments within the organization.
