Operations Manager – Marine & Terminal Services (MATS)
GAC UK is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop the MATS Operations Team in Belfast.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the MATS operations team.
- Day‑to‑day management of operational personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue accurate, timely customer invoices.
- Increase operational efficiency and service quality by driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve financial targets for the MATS department by increasing revenue in line with forecasts and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits of operator work.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marine and terminal services related work.
- OOW and STCW certifications preferred.
- Appointed Person Certification desirable but not essential.
