As a key member of the Canadian Leadership Team, the Operations Manager will develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the Senior Leadership team on site, lead the operations team with a clearly defined sense of business direction and purpose, and lead our people and culture to deliver high standards. The Operations Manager will closely manage and lead the Production, Warehouse & Inventory team of the site.
This role is at the heart of driving our business capability and building a fantastic environment for all our colleagues.
