Job Description

We are partnered up with the leading property management company of Canada’s most northern territories. This position would be large mixed-use portfolio in Iqaluit (~466,000+ sq ft) — hotels, apartments, retail, commercial, townhomes — mostly connected across one complex on Astro Hill. 

This would be a full relocation and fly-in/fly-out is not offered.


Compensation

  • Salary: $145K–$160K

  • 15% annual bonus

  • $6,000/year travel allowance (quarterly)

  • Full Relocation Package: $2,500+, flights for family + pets
