Job Description
Manages warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy. You will be the bridge between our strategic goals and local execution, managing the Cape Town-based team and streamlining processes to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams.
- Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery.
- Manage support staff and the customer collection area.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational expenses to ensure healthy margins.
